No no. A shoutbox is a local chat for a forum. Whoever is online and, sometimes, logged in can view it and post there. Random conversation lacking the AIMishness.

You just go to the Admin CP, the advanced section should have... Hmm, not positive since its been a while, but maybe a section where you can enter the code. Not style sheets, but an option around that.
